What’s the minimum order?
MOQ, case pack and tiered pricing are shared on request. Tell us your estimated volume and market and we’ll send a quote, typically within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. We can send a small sample, a few pouches (up to 5 units), so you can check the wool and the pouch before a full carton order.
Can I order private label?
Yes. We produce under your own brand and label on the same OEKO-TEX certified wool. See Private Label.
How does it ship?
Cartons of 54 units (3-packs), 32 cartons to an ISPM-15 compliant pallet (1,728 units), with commercial invoice, packing list and pallet labels prepared for export.
Light, Dark or both?
Both editions are stocked SKUs with EAN-13 barcodes. Order either or both in the same shipment.
Can you send the OEKO-TEX® documentation?
Yes. We can send the certificate (11-73008) and the test report (83385) as PDFs, and the certificate is verifiable at oeko-tex.com. It is issued under Product Class I, the class for baby and toddler articles, which carries the strictest limit values in the standard.
Who holds the certificate?
It is held by the manufacturer and covers the wool dryer balls we supply, so it stays with the product through wholesale and private label. We can supply the full document under NDA if your compliance team needs it.
